Safety While Exercising



The most important thing to remember is DO NOT OVERDO! Many men want a large penis very quickly and often overdo their exercise routine. Remember, overdoing can be dangerous. You can harm your penis and in addition, overdoing will not increase the length or girth any faster. You want a healthy, larger penis. An injured penis will not do you any good.

If you paid attention in health class or biology class you will remember, that your body grows while you are sleeping. The same goes for your penis. It will grow while you are resting, not during your exercise time.

Stay with your penis enlargement exercise plan and do not exceed the recommended exercise times. Remember to give yourself to complete days off each week for rest.

If you stay on your exercise program and adhere to the suggestions, your penis will enlarge and you will notice the difference in a short amount of time. If you damage your penis by overdoing, then you will be defeating your purpose. You will have to take time off from your exercising so your penis can heal.



When you exercise any part of your body, you have more than likely heard the words listen to your body. The same applies when you are on an exercise program to enlarge your penis. Listen to your body and pay close attention to your penis.

There are signs you should watch for that could be telling you that something may be wrong which include:

  • Bruising or broken capillaries are signs of over-exertion
    This can happen if you apply too much pressure during any of the exercise, or if you exceed the recommended times for each exercise.
    Quick Note: If you notice this sign, you should stop exercising for a few days and allow your penis to heal. Wait until you are completely healed before starting your exercise program again.

  • Red Sores are usually a sign of too much stretching
    If you notice red sores than more than likely you have stretched your penis too far or you held the stretch for a long period of time.
    Quick Note: If you notice any red sores, once again, stop exercising until the sores are gone. Once you have healed you can begin exercising again, remember not to over-stretch.

  • Chaffing is caused from either a skin irritation or friction
    Chaffing can occur when you do not use enough lubrication or when you apply too much pressure.
    Quick Note: Be sure that you are applying the proper pressure and that you are using a quality lubricant.

  • Blisters are a sign of too much pressure being put on your penis for long periods of time.
    With exercises that ask you to apply firm pressure blisters can occur
    Quick Note: If you notice blisters, once again stop exercising until the blisters have healed. If the blisters are still present within a week, you should talk with your doctor.
